TERMS OF USE
RSS (really simple syndication) service is a method by which TCDII offers feeds of the latest events, news, and research in XML format ("RSS Content") to visitors of the TCDII website who use RSS aggregators. These Terms of Use govern your use of this RSS service. These Terms of Use may be changed by TCDII at any time without notice.
Use of RSS Feeds:
RSS is a free service offered by TCDII to individuals for private, non-commercial use. Any other uses, including without limitation the incorporation of advertising into or the placement of advertising associated with or targeted towards the RSS Content, are strictly prohibited. You must use the RSS feeds as provided by TCDII, and you may not edit or modify the text, content or links supplied by TCDII. To request permission for a particular use not permitted by these Terms of Use, please inquire through the "Contact Us" web page.

The RSS service may be used only with those systems from which a functional link is made available that, when accessed, takes the viewer directly to the display of the complete content of the TCDII Website. You may not display the RSS Content in a way that does not enable successful linking to, redirection to or delivery of the applicable TDCII web content. You may not insert or display intermediate content between or in addition to the RSS link and the TCDII web page.
Ownership/Attribution:
TCDII retains all ownership and other rights in the RSS Content, as well as TCDII logos and trademarks used in connection with the RSS Service. You must attribute content to the TCDII website in connection with your use of the RSS feeds. If you provide this attribution using a graphic, you must use the appropriate TCDII logo that we have incorporated into the RSS feed.
Right to Discontinue Feeds:
TCDII reserves the right to discontinue to provide any or all of the RSS feeds at any time and to require you to cease displaying, distributing or otherwise using any or all of the RSS feeds for any reason including, without limitation, your violation of any provision of these Terms of Use. TCDII assumes no liability for any of your activities in associated with the RSS feeds or for your use of the RSS feeds in association with your website.
